Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation.

Inasmuch as this writ petition is filed aggrieved by nonconsideration of the representation dated 09-06-2010 made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent and to the 4th respondent on 13-11-2015, seeking employment on compassionate grounds, suffice it direct the 2nd respondent consider the said representation made by the petitioner and pass orders thereon in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
