HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No. 5437 of 2011 O R D E R:

Sri T.V.S. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the cause does not survive as the grievance of inaction on the part of the police

authorities upon the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2009 stood redressed upon registration of a crime and investigation thereon. He however states that liberty may be given to his client to lodge a protest petition in accordance with law, if necessary.

In the light of the above facts, the writ petition is dismissed with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
