Petitioner's services were terminated on 16.01.2016.

Aggrieved thereby petitioner filed appeal/explanation before the appellate authority on 11.02.2016. Alleging inaction on the appeal filed by the petitioner, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Since the petitioner has already preferred appeal, before the appellate authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Member Secretary, SRDS, Hyderabad (2nd respondent) to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 11.02.2016 and pass orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
