The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 05.08.2016 passed in I.A. No.119 of 2016 in R.C. No.356 of 2013 on the file of IV Additional Rent Controller at Hyderabad. 2) Heard both sides and perused the impugned order of the lower Court.

3) Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the revision is allowed setting aside the impugned order dated 05.08.2016 passed in I.A. No.119 of 2016 and permitting the petitioner/ respondent to R.C. No.356 of 2013 to adduce evidence including cross examination of the witness by setting aside the ex parte order dated 15.03.2016 passed in R.C. No.356 of 2013 against respondent. However, the lower Court shall make every endeavour for disposal of R.C within three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order. No order as to costs. 4) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
