This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge him on bail in PRC No.24 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Achampet, Mahabubnagar District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner is alleged to have committed rape on the deceased, tortured her and then killed her.
