HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.28384 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent-Director General of Police, Telangana State against imposing of penalty of "R.T.S.P." for two stages for a period of two years with effect on future increment and pension and the suspension period from 22.03.2010 to 09.07.2010 is treated as "Not on Duty" by order dated 23.08.2016 vide D.O No.8500 dated 23.08.2016 of the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
