O R D E R

This case arises in the context of FIR No.161 of 2015 on the file of U.Kothapalli Police Station under Section 107 Cr.P.C. It is now stated by Sri A.K.Kishore Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kakinada, passed orders dated 30.01.2016 closing M.C.No.14 of 2015 which arose out of this FIR. In the light of this statement, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
