HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 22329 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in issuing un-numbered and un-dated Notice-II directing the petitioner to close the business establishment in the name of Sri Balaji Family Dhabad, situated in Premises No.4-21067/C2/C3, Ram Kote, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violative of principles of natural justice; and consequently direct the respondents to forbear from taking any coercive steps pursuant to issuance of the said notice. A perusal of the material on record would show that a notice dated 01.07.2016 came to be issued by the second respondent asking the petitioner to close down the business establishment within one week from the date of issuance of the notice. Thereafter the petitioner submitted an explanation dated 04.07.

2016 bring to the notice of the authorities that the allegations made in the impugned notice are incorrect.

04.07.2016 is disposed of in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
