THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL WRIT PETITION No.14526 of 2015 ORDER: (per KCB,J) Questioning the action of the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the Collector and District Magistrate, Guntur, has granted permission to the bank to auction the properties when the order of stuatus quo granted by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, is in force. As seen from the order of status quo, it was in force only till filing of the counter.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent submits that a counter has been filed before the Tribunal. Therefore, the order of status quo stands vacated.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
