The Criminal Revision Case is filed against the docket order dated 18.04.2017 passed in Crl.M.P. No.1255 of 2017 in C.C. No.150 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kanigiri. 2) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned public prosecutor representing the State of Andhra Pradesh before admission and before ordering notice to 2nd respondent. 3) The Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, at the stage of admission, giving liberty to petitioner to surrender before the lower Court, by filing an application under Section 44 of Cr.P.C for which the pending NBWs ceases automatically and if bond already not executed to execute under Section 88/ 89 Cr.P.C to obtain and if at all, already bond executed to pay penalty for the earlier absence of Rs.5,000/ - before the lower Court.

4) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
