THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.11862 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against petitioner/accused No.1 in F.I.R. No.416 of 2016 of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 read with Section 34 I.P.C.

Heard and perused the material available on record. On a perusal of the record it is evident that the petitioner herein is involved in another crime i.e., crime No.111 of 2016 on the file of the Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District and this Court by order dated 10-03-2016 in Crl.P.No.3128 of 2016 directed the Police concerned to complete the investigation in the said case without arresting the petitioner. It is also evident from the record that the petitioner herein is also involved in another crime i.e., crime No.339 of 2016 of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad and this Court by order dated 15-06-2016 in Crl.P.No.8236 of 2016 directed the Police concerned to complete the investigation in the said case without arresting the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the police concerned to complete the investigation into the crime without

arresting the petitioner/accused and file the final report, if any, in accordance with law. However, in the event of necessity, the police concerned are directed to issue notice to petitioner/accused requiring him to appear before the investigating agency for the purpose of investigation and on issuance of such notice, the petitioner/accused shall appear before the investigating agency and give an undertaking as to his future appearance as and when required by the investigating agency for the purpose of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
