Smt.K.Appamma ... Petitioner and The Govt. of A.P., rep. by its Prl.Secretary, Agriculture & Co-operation, Hyderabad and 4 others.

...Respondents

Counsel for the petitioner: None appeared Counsel for the respondents: AGP for Civil Supplies (AP) The Court made the following:

Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ, order or direction more in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents, particularly, that of Respondent No.2 herein in dismissing Revision Case No. 5/2011-S7, dated 03.07.2012, filed by the Petitioner

for extraneous reasons, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, contrary to the principles of natural justice and the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.27231 of 2011 and consequently, set aside."

When the vacate stay application came up before this Court on 11-06-2015, a fresh notice was directed to be issued to the petitioner in view of death of her Counsel.

Accordingly, notice was issued by the Registry and the same was received by the petitioner, as evident from the acknowledgement received by the Registry and placed before the Court along with the copy of the notice.

At the hearing, no one represented the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing her cause in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 24-07-2012, is vacated and WVMP.No.1613 of 2013 and WPMP.No.28695 of 2012 are disposed of as infructuous.
