This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2 of 2014 on the file Women Police Station, Saroornagar, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Heard Sri Challa Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the trial relating to Crime No.2 of 2014 on the file of Women Police Station, Saroornagar, was already completed and the case was ended in acquittal, as per Calender and Judgment dt.07.05.2015, and in view of the same, the present Petition to quash the Proceedings has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. In view of the above respective submissions of both sides, this Criminal Petition, which is filed for quashment of the proceedings, is dismissed as infructuous. The interim stay granted earlier by this Court shall stand vacated.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
