By order dated 22.06.2018 passed in I.A.No.01 of 2018 in W.P.No.20807 of 2018, this Court directed to process the issue of payment of provisional pension and to pay the same to the petitioner. Alleging inaction, this contempt case is filed. 2.

Sri B.Narsimha Sharma, representing the Accountant General, State of Telangana, placed before this Court the proceedings dated 04.06.2018 by which the provisional payment was sanctioned to the petitioner.

In view of the same, this Contempt Case is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
