3) It is informed that investigation is in progress. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. The investigation shall continue. However, the Police of Chittoor Taluk P.S, Chittoor District are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 in F.I.R No.134 of 2014 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

4) Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
