The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in issuing the orders engaging the services of the seventh respondent as Special Officer on contract basis dated 09.12.2013 with reference to Notification dated 11.09.2013 and 09.12.2013, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is represented that the seventh respondent joined on 21.12.2013 as the Special Officer in the fourth respondent-School and hence no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. The said fact is not seriously disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
