HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2753 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 6 under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.21 of 2014 of Woman Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 of I.P.C and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the investigating agency already filed charge sheet and fresh petition to quash the proceedings of taking cognizance already filed and the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
