When the matter is taken up, written instructions dated 12.11.2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under: "On a complaint of the petitioner herein lodged with the police of Rajendranagar Police Station, a case in Cr.No.1541/2017 U/Secs.498-A IPC and Secs.3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act dt.25.7.2017 was registered against her husband Dattatreya Reddy and others as they harassed her physically and mentally to bring additional dowry and investigation was taken up.

During the course of investigation, the investigation officer examined the complainant/petitioner and other witnesses and recorded their detailed statements. Prima facie case is clearly established that all the accused in the FIR have committed the offences mentioned in FIR beyond all reasonable doubt.

As part of investigation, Notice U/sec.41 (A) (1) Cr.P.C was issued all the accused in the FIR. It is pertinent to submit that the averments made in the affidavit are the subject matter of investigation in Cr.No.1541 /2017, for which, a detailed investigation is conducted and completed.

I humbly submit that appropriate charge sheet will be filed before the concerned Hon'ble Court within a week. I pray this Hon'ble Court to grant a week days time to the investigating agency for filing appropriate charge sheet against the accused in the FIR."

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above said instructions with a further direction to the respondents herein to file final report as stated in the instructions as expeditiously as possible. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
