Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

At the admission stage, the following Order is passed: The petitioner/Accused is directed to appear in P.R.C.No.39 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Huzurabad on or before 31.03.2015 and on his appearance, the learned Magistrate shall recall the N.B.W issued against him and proceed with the matter.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
