THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1589 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed on 26-02-2016 in W.P.No.6195 of 2016.

Heard.

By way of the above said order, this Court disposed of the writ petition, keeping it open for the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents for redressal of her grievance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order with a further direction to the respondents to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

By way of proceedings No.W4/140(30)/2015-PO(T&W), dated 14-06-2016 the Joint Managing Director, T.S.R.T.C., Hyderabad rejected the request of the petitioner herein for compassionate appointment.

In view of the above said orders passed by the respondent corporation, nothing survives for adjudication in the present contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to assail the above said order dated 14-06-2016, if the petitioner is advised to do so. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs.
