This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principle Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, Krishna District, and transfer the same to the Court of Judge, Family Court, at Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, both counsel with one voice submitted that the respondent herein, who is the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2016 is intending to withdraw the petition.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous.
