It is brought to our notice that the suit O.S.No.1218 of 2012 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST(POA) Act 1989-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, out of which this CMA arises, itself was decreed with costs on 25.04.2016, and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
