Heard Mr. Challa Gunaranjan for petitioner and there is no representation for respondents.

2. Petitioner prays for the following relief: "... to issue a writ or order of direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of respondents in demanding Additional Consumption Deposit from the petitioner by letter Lr. No. SE /O /ATP /SAO /JAO -HT /ACD / D.No.940/15 dated 31.05.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent as highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to Section 47(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and consequently set aside the same ..."

3. At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the grievance canvassed in the writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in WA.No.968 of 2015 and batch dated 19.05.2016. Following the said judgment, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
