HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11529 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.93 of 2014 of Kothacheruvu Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 307, 354, 109 r/w. Section 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, but subsequently, charge sheet was filed and the same is numbered as PRC.No.8 of 2015.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
