THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8100 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in Crime No.117 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District registered for the offences under Section 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. The petitioner personally present. He submitted that the matter is settled outside the court. The learned counsel for the second respondent also submitted that both the parties have settled the matter outside the court.

3. Recording the submission made by the petitioner and learned counsel for the second respondent, the criminal petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
