O R D E R

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.115 of 2016 on the file of Police Station Shamirpet, Cyberabad, Rangareddy District, Telangana State, registered against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 420, 506 and 379 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. A perusal of the complaint reveals that specific allegations were made against the petitioners. This is a matter, which requires investigation by the police. The truth or otherwise of the allegations can only be decided during course of investigation or trial. I see no ground to interdict the investigation at this stage and quash the first information report. In the facts and circumstances of the case and as requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal petition is disposed of, directing the investigating agency to proceed with the investigation. However, for a period of two month from today, the petitioners shall not be arrested.
