HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAGHVENDRA SINGH CHAUHAN and HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD I.A.No.1 of 2019 & Appeal Suit No.1798 of 2018 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per Raghvendra Singh Chauhan,J.) Mr.Soda Maheshwar Reddy, the appellant-defendant is present before this Court. He has submitted his Aadhaar Card in order to establish his identity. Similarly, Mr. P. Sarabha Reddy, the respondent-plaintiff, is present before this Court. H, too, has submitted his Aadhaar Card in order to establish his identity. The parties they have been identified by their respective counsel.

Initially, the respondent-plaintiff filed a suit viz. O.S.No.881 of 2014, against the appellant-defendant for recovery of an amount of Rs.19,25,000/-. The said suit was decreed by the learned trial Judge, by judgment and decree, dated 31.07.2018. Aggrieved by the said judgment and decree, the appellant-defendant filed the present appeal. However, during the pendency of appeal the parties have agreed to withdraw the suit and to submit a compromise memo before this Court.

According to the compromise, the respondent-plaintiff has decided to withdraw the suit, and the appellant-defendant equally decided to withdraw the present appeal. The said compromise shall be taken on record. I.A.No.1 of 2018 is ordered.

Therefore, the present appeal, and the suit are disposed of as "not pressed". No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
