Learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as the suit O.S.No.368 of 2017 itself was withdrawn before the Trial Court. In view of the request and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the case bundle to withdraw the petition, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
