HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2557 of 2014 ORDER :

When the matter came up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that after completion of trial the accused were acquitted by the trial Court and the present proceedings sought for no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

2) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
