THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38027 of 2015 ORDER :

Prima facie, the cause of action in this writ petition is against the 3rd respondentInstitution, which is located in the State of West Bengal and this Court has no territorial jurisdiction regarding an Institution which is located out side the territorial jurisdiction of the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh.

2. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach an appropriate forum in the State of West Bengal. There shall no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
