As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 01-07-2015, the matter was directed to be listed on 08-07-2015. On 08-072015 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning and in the afternoon session. As such, it was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

The present writ petition came to be filed aggrieved by the rejection of the request made by the petitioner for demarcating the lands and fixing boundaries in survey Nos 203, 206, 208, 210, 216, 358, 688, 727, 1095 and 1497 of Madhapur Village, Nirmal Mandal as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that on 08-072011, the Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records, Adilabad conducted survey of the lands in the above mentioned survey numbers in the presence of the petitioner. The instructions placed on record indicate that the surveyor has fixed boundaries to the above survey numbers in the presence of the petitioner and three other panch witnesses. In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and as such, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
