HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.10370 of 2018 ORDER:

Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in C.C.No.332 of 2018, on the file of the Court of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam, the present Criminal Petition is filed. 2.

No representation on petitioners' side on call. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the dispute is matrimonial in nature and there was compromise between both the parties before the trial Court and the proceedings were closed and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
