THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Appeal No.92 of 2015 Judgment: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This appeal is sought to be preferred against the order passed by the learned trial Judge on 19.12.2014 on an interlocutory application.

It appears that the learned trial Judge has not decided anything else and only asked the Wakf Board to follow the provisions of law allowing the new Committee to function. However, we make it clear that everything will abide by the result of the writ petition.

We request the learned trial Judge to dispose of the writ petition at an early date, if the filing of the affidavits is complete. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
