This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 04.8.2016 passed in I.A.No.259 of 2015 in O.S.No.18 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Pargi.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. A perusal of the record reveals that the trial Court disposed of the suit on 01.3.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
