Petitioner's grievance is that she had filed an application in the year 2009 in Form 6A for mutation of her name in respect of the subject property in the revenue records under the provisions of A.P. Rights in lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'), but the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon till date. 2.
The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that it is difficult to trace the said application at this point of time and if the petitioner files a fresh application before the 2nd respondent in Form 6A as prescribed under the Act, the 2nd respondent will consider and dispose of the same within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of filing of the said application.
3. In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh application in Form 6A as prescribed under the Act to the 2nd respondent; and if such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of by the 2nd respondent in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of filing of such application; and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
