ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
".... to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.4 in returning the
plans and proposals for construction of buildings in R.S.Nos. 584/1, 585/1C, 582/1B, d82/2C, 582/1A, 585/1 E, 584, 585/1E, 582/2A, 582/2B, 524/2 of Ayyappa Town Ship of Jangareddygudem Municipality, under the guise of flimsy grounds, though layout plans were approved, vide PR.Nos.42, 44 and 45, dated 22.08.2011, by the resolution No.44, dated 22.08.2011, by the then Gram Panchayat, as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice, Articles 14, 21, 243 and 300-A of Constitution of India and also the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Municipality Act 1965 & Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayat Act and consequently, to direct the respondents not to approve the building plans for the plots in the above-mentioned R.S.Nos."
Mr. Mangena Sree Rama, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter, dated 09.02.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has requested for posting of the case "for withdrawal".
At the hearing, Mr. Mangena Sree Rama, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested the permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.24540 of 2013 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
