Heard both sides.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

" To declare the action of the respondents in denying the issuance of new Pattadar Pass Book and the benefit of Rythu Bandhu Scheme in respect of the petitioners agricultural lands in Survey No. 64/ 3/ 1 extent Ac.4-02 gts., Sy.No. 145 extent Ac.4-00 gts., Sy.No.

185/ 1 extent Ac.2-36 gts., Sy.No.123/ F extent Ac.2-30 gts., Sy.No.124/ 1 extent Ac.2-10 gts., and Sy.No. 170 extent Ac.3-02 gts., totally Ac.19.00 of the land situated in Chennipad Village of Manopad Mandal at Jogulamba Gadwal district as illegal, violative of Article 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to issue new Pattadar Pass Book and grant the benefit of Rythu Bandhua and Rythu Bema Schemes to the petitioners in respect of their lands."

The learned counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that though the petitioners have made representations on 25.05.2018 and 04.07.2018 seeking issuance of Pattadar Pass Books, no orders have been passed on the said representations till date.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that if the representations filed by the petitioners are still pending, the respondents will pass appropriate orders on the same.

Having regard to the above, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioners on 25.05.2018 and 04.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
