THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU AS Nos.2697 of 2001 and 660 of 2002 COMMON JUDGMENT:
On 01.11.2017, it was represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the matters were compromised between the parties. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks time to get instructions from his clients about the compromise. Sri Rajasekhar, learned counsel representing Sri P.V.R.Sharma, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that he addressed registered letters to the appellants to the addresses mentioned in the Court proceedings, but the covers were returned un-served, and he has nothing to submit in the matter.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that deed of confirmation and compromise has been fully complied with. Nothing else remains to be done regarding the said compromise, and in view of the facts stated by the learned counsel for the parties, the appeals are closed.
