HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1658 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

2) The submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that in Crl.P.No.7756 of 2014 this Court has relaxed the condition and directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer of the CID concerned every month on first Saturday till the end of trial. It is submitted that the petitioner is following the said condition scrupulously, same is causing hardship and though more than nine months have elapsed after the said order, still the Investigating Agency has not completed the investigation. Therefore, the above condition may be further relaxed.

3) Learned Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is still pending.

4) In these circumstances, the condition imposed by the High Court in Crl.P.No.7756 of 2014 is further relaxed to the effect that petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer of the CID concerned as and when instructed by the Investigating Officer, CID till completion of investigation.

5) This Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
