The petitioner questions the action of respondents 1 and 2 with regard to entry in the revenue record with regard to R.S.No.40/2 of Savaragudem Village, Gannavaram Mandal.

Though the name of the 3rd respondent is mentioned in the revenue record, the endorsement of the Tahsildar given under the Right to Information Act on 19.11.2014 states that there are no documents for the mutation of an extent of Ac.1.40 cents land in the said survey number and only Ac.0.70 cents land was registered in R.S.No.40/2 of Savaragudem Village as per the Village Revenue Officer.

Basing on that the petitioner filed an application for rectification of entries on 27.07.2015 before the 2nd respondent. Alleging non consideration and inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P).

Since the application dated 27.07.2015 for rectification of entries is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the same in accordance with law, if necessary after giving notice, and hear the parties and then pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
