HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37713 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in registering the crime not under appropriate section of law as per the complaint, dated 17.12.2015, given by the petitioner/complainant against respondent Nos.5 to 23 and also not proceeding with the investigation further in filing final report in order to save the assailants from Crime No.130 of 2016 dated 08.06.2016 on the file of CCS Police Station, Hyderabad, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to alter and add the sections as per the complaint of the petitioner. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that though he lodged a complaint, which was registered in the aforesaid crime, against the unofficial respondents on 17.12.2015, the 3rd respondent is not proceeding with the investigation.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.3 is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.130 of 2016, dated 08.06.216 on the file of Central Crime station, Hyderabad, as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) months from today.
