HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.8066 of 2017 ORDER : (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Pursuant to order dated 7th March 2017, respondent No.7 appeared in person with his daughter Lakshmi Soujanya. This Court interacted with the above named Lakshmi Soujanya, who states that she is staying with the parents; they are not pressurising her to marry any one, more so, she will marry as per their choice; she knows the petitioner, who is just like a friend, but, she is not interested to marry the petitioner. She was born on 29.06.1994. As she is a major, this Court cannot dictate the terms as to with whom she has to stay.
