THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14541 of 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2015 as illegal and arbitrary and to consequently direct the respondents to change the Investigation Officer and to appoint any DSP Rank officer to investigate impartially into Crime No.170 of 2014 dated 28.10.2014 on the file of the 4th respondent registered under Sections 406, 420, 307 and 506 read with 34 of I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the entire investigation is completed and the police had since filed a report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C.

In such circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the Magistrate concerned.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
