CVNR, J & TA, J WP.No.35152 of 2018 Dated:11.10.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the Police to produce Medicherla Srinu-the husband of the petitioner (hereinafter referred to as 'the alleged detenu') before this Court and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the filing of this Writ Petition the Police of Pedapudi Police Station, East Godavari District, produced the alleged detenu before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada, on 05.10.2018 and that the alleged detenu was remanded to judicial custody by the jurisdictional Magistrate. In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
