Learned standing counsel produced set of papers which are photo copies of the cheque issued in the name of petitioner, the receipt of acknowledgement of said cheque signed by petitioner on 29.7.2017 and statement of amounts due and payable to the petitioner in a tabulated form. Learned standing counsel submitted that orders of this Court in WPMNP No. 3807 of 2016 in W P No. 3000 of 2016 are complied in all respects. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
