HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35306 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in considering the application of the petitioner dated 30.07.2018, for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed, pertaining to land in Survey Nos.162/ee, 177/U, admeasuring Ac.1.22 guntas and 10 guntas totally Ac.1.32 guntas, situated at Thogarrai village of Kodad mandal, Nalgonda (Suryapet) District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the application dated 30.07.2018, made by the petitioner, at the earliest.

4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5) Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to dispose of the application dated 30.07.2018, made by the petitioner, seeking issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed, in respect of the above said land, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 6) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
