THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.771 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 07.02.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.527 of 2011 in Crl.M.P.No.1648 of 2010 in C.C.No.4 of 2008 on the file of the X Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision case with a liberty to urge the points raised in this revision before the trial Court. Permission is accorded. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
