THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.13427 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the impugned proceedings No.B/3139/2009, dated 4.8.2012 of the respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

The case of the petitioner is that the respondent has allotted open land admeasuring an extent of 214 square yards in Sy.No.31 at Ameerpet for setting up E-Seva Centre, and the lease was executed for a period of five years commencing from 27.5.2009; the petitioner received a letter from the respondent on 20.2.2010 stating that the petitioner had constructed permanent structure in the subject land and therefore, an explanation was sought within seven days; without prior intimation or notice, the respondent issued proceedings dated 4.8.2012 stating that as the lease period is only for a period of two years, the petitioner should vacate the premises immediately.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for HMDA.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lease period itself is expired in May, 2014.

As the lease period itself expired in the month of May, 2014, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. The Writ Petition is closed accordingly. No order as to costs.
