Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction thereby to relax the condition of depositing 1/4th of fine amount dated 25.10.2016 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.952 of in Crl.A.No.212 of 2016 on the file of the VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ongole.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition of depositing 1/4th of fine amount imposed by the Court of VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ongole in Crl.M.P.No.952 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.212 of 2016 dated 25.10.2016 is hereby relaxed and the petition is accordingly allowed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT.
