At the hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise that the proposals are pending with the Commissionerthe Prohibition & Excise/2nd respondent. According to the petitioner, the petitioner's representation dated 22-09-2018 is also pending with the 2nd respondent. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, directing the 2nd respondent to verify the representation dated 22.09.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioner along with others and consider the same, while considering the request of the 7th respondent for shifting of A4 shop and take further action strictly in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
